What this page covers
Layan Verde construction progress
This page uses the April 2026 Layan Verde progress report as the current construction baseline. The report records 2,074 piles installed, 339,060 m³ of soil excavated, 16,602 m³ of structural concrete poured, and six tower cranes active on site.
The latest construction picture is based on active structural, substructure, piling, earthwork, and MEP progress across Buildings A1, A2, A3, A4, A5, BM1, BM2, B8, B9, B3, BM4, and BM5.

What to do
Read Layan Verde construction progress from the April 2026 report. The project overview records 2,074 piles installed, 339,060 m³ of soil excavated, and 16,602 m³ of structural concrete poured for Buildings A2, A3, A4, A5, BM2, BM1, A1, and B8. Six tower cranes are active on site.
The building-level picture is now more advanced than earlier internal summaries. A5 has completed the frame and auxiliary reinforced concrete structures, with partition, flooring, and MEP rough-in continuing. A2.1 and A2.2 have completed fifth-floor vertical structures and are building sixth-floor vertical elements and stairwells. A4 frame concreting is nearing completion, and A3 is working on floor slabs and vertical structures.
For the B-zone and phase-two works, the April report states that 619 bored piles have been installed beneath Buildings B8, B9, B3, BM4, and BM5. Earthwork and site grading are proceeding in parallel, and the Building B8 foundation is 64% complete.
What to keep in mind
The April 2026 report replaces older internal progress figures. Treat it as a dated status snapshot: useful for understanding current construction evidence, but not a contractual promise of future completion timing.
Progress is uneven by design because different buildings and phases are at different construction stages. A5 is further along, A2/A3/A4 are in active superstructure work, BM2/BM1/A1/B8 are in substructure work, and BM4/BM5/B3 remain in large-scale piling and earthwork stages.
Before making any purchase or payment decision, ask for the newest available report, confirm the building and phase relevant to your unit, and compare the report with contracts, payment terms, permits, and independent legal or technical advice.
